The service

outbidfun.in sells positions on a public leaderboard. A position is determined solely by the total amount paid for a listing, as described in the Rules.

Payments

All prices are in US dollars. PayPal payments are processed by PayPal; we remain the merchant responsible for applicable taxes and refunds. Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record for payments made through its checkout and may add applicable sales tax or VAT. Stripe card payments are processed by Stripe; we remain the merchant responsible for applicable taxes. Polar card payments are processed by Polar Software, Inc., which acts as merchant of record and may add sales tax or VAT. UPI payments are made directly to us in Indian rupees at the exchange rate shown at checkout and take effect once verified. Being outranked by another listing is not grounds for a refund. Statutory consumer rights and the merchant of record refund obligations are not excluded.

Refund requests

Contact us through the Contact page with your payment reference to report duplicate charges, incorrect charges, or failure to deliver your listing. Do not send card details. Dodo Payments purchases are also subject to its applicable buyer terms and refund process.

Refunds and disputes affecting rank

A successful Dodo refund, including a partial refund, removes the entire affected payment from rank credit. A disputed payment is excluded while the dispute is unresolved or lost. A won or cancelled dispute restores rank credit only if that payment has not also been refunded. Other payments for the listing remain credited. Contact support about partial-refund reconciliation.

Your listing

You must own or be authorised to promote the website or handle you list. You are responsible for its content and for anything it links to.

Removal

We may remove any listing that is illegal, misleading, harmful, or that infringes the rights of others. Payments for listings removed for these reasons are not refunded, except in cases of fraud.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee any amount of traffic, clicks, sales, or uptime.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded.
